  The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull, not to mention honest, I accidentally left my purse in the villa fridge and the next day one if the cleaning staff found it and returned it to me.   it was a beautiful resort, right on the beach in the more traditional area of Bali away from the noise and bussell of Kuta and Legian. Fortunatley we got off season rates other wise we would not be able to stay there. - We have been at the Keraton already 9 years ago and it has not significantly changed. So this was good.   The service was immaculate and staff were very attentive to every needs. Though most of the time we didn't opt for housekeeping, they ensured that we have what we need (towels, robes, water and etc). The daily spa was great and refreshing.   We had a great stay in Ahimsa Beach Jimbaran in April 2013 (2-bedroom villa). The property is perfect and the staff is amaising. You expect the best service you can imagine starting from breakfast cooked on the villa at the time requested to comleting any other request you can possibly have. We also have ordered massage - the girls come to your vills with a special massage bed, you c - The villas are well-equipped, clean and the design are simple yet feel luxurious. They have security post just to the left of the lobby so we feel secure. The staff are excellent and friendly. They have two cars standby at the hotel to take you around Bali (extra cost I assume). The Jimbaran beach is just 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. And it is one of the best Beach in Bali as you can see sunset and airplanes departing and arriving from/to Ngurah Rai Airport (hotel is not far from the Airport)
