Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Next to shopping centre, you can hire a car with a driver from hotel reception and have amazing trip to Tangkuban Perahu, hot springs and floating market. We are really amazed by Ewran (I hope I got this name right) , who works in Aston( posher hotel next to Favehotels - same owner) he helped us a lot and thanks to him Favehotels will be our first choice from now on!.

He went out of his way to weigh my check in luggage as travelling on AirAsia, known for weight restriction, when I expressed my worries. Plus point to Favehotel. No hesitation to recommend to my family, friend n others. strategic location. very near to CiWalk. easy to get a taxi in front of the hotel. taxi trip really short just a few streets away from popular spots ; eg, dago, PVJ, istana, etc2... clean room. friendly and polite staff. very helpful. Will stay here again for sure!. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room is clean. Bathroom also clean as I'm so much concern about the cleanliness. Tv channel varieties. Staff also very friendly. Easy to get taxi from the hotel. Great location. I will definitely come here again. 1.Location-near to shopping area , both bargain items and branded(good imitation) @CIWALK 2.Room about usd40 per night is reasonable n breadfast though not excellent but ok for the room price , all depend on your tastebuds. The live band from the lobby quite noisy. 1.Traffic was terrible , though not dangerous as most drivers n motorcyclists give way to each other.To cross the road , all you need to do is hold up your hands and hopely the cars / cycles will slow down n stop.2.Walking path for tourists n pedesterians is uneven, potholes n occupied by street retailers.3.the hotel bar n karo- ok center is too load , don't stay room close at numbers 2001 n 3001 ( too close to the bar .). Bilik agak tidak selesa bila kedengaran suara2 org lain di bilik berdekatan. Setiap bilik juga tiada pemanas air. Jadi setiap kali saya ingin minum saya terpaksa keluar dari bilik untuk mengambil air di depan lift. Dalam sehari hampir 4 5 kali saya perlu keluar untuk mengambil air panas. Still thinking... The double bed standard room is too small and no extra bed provided. Only one , l wants if can, the presuare for the pipe nit too little. Breakfast is poor and almost the same type of food everyday. The spa massage in the hotel, they charge us for the room and masseuse are not good, not efficient. There's no fridge/kettle in the room. the pillow. i couldn't sleep on it. it made my neck stiff. lucky they had decorative pillow that i could use instead. need to go outside room to get hot water. 1) what I'm request for connecting room earlier cannot be arrange. 2) can heard next room chat, very noisy. Nothing I can complaint about. More choices for breakfast please. There was toasted on bakery selection. Should install additional water dispenser for hot/cold water. No cups for making coffee in the room. The drain of faucet didn't function well. Water in shower not hot enough. first day the breakfast was good but on the second day it was quite poor. your bathroom. 1. some staffs are less trained & not easy to communicate in English 2. finishings of furnitures, room interior in hotel are 2% short of high standard( example floor tile,glass table). 1. Children in the room next door constantly "knocked" on the thin walls, making for a noisy atmosphere and difficulty in getting proper rest or sleep. 2. This noise is compounded by the traffic noise which could also be heard inside the room. Obviously, this hotel requires better sound-proofing !!. Nothing ... just only a rate price. No coffee and tea making, no electric kettle inside room, no fridge inside room, no lift access to 2nd floor. Breakfast menu not so variety. Room has no window. pengelolaan parkir tidak baik. Food, facilities in the room and no lift. Did not get bed type request No communication between staff Noisy room. They don't provide small towel. Get the room next to construction site so noisy at night can't rest. When I complaint they didnt do anything not even say sorry!.
