  The service was simply excellent. Friendly staff whose smiles seem genuine and who bothered to remember your name. Most staff were great. Just to mention a few whose names I remember -- Twi, Dwi, Dias...and many others. Even the guards were nice. Beds are firm and comfy. The place is clean, clean, clean. On last day of my stay - We stayed at The Magani and had the most wonderful experience. We were on honeymoon and received a free upgrade on arrival to a massive room with an outdoor jacuzzi! The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Great cocktail list and their in house restaurant has a wide range of food to cater to all tastes.   My friends and I made our way to the hotel with the least expectations considering the price we paid for our stay at Jocs Boutique Hotel. We checked in not expecting too much from the hotel. The front desk staff were ex - Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. They were always smiling and ready to say hello to you whenever they saw you. We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 massive beds. There was plenty of room in there and everything was fresh and cleaned daily. Location was excellent. Everything you need is at your door step and its just a short walk to the beach. Great coffee across the road. We didn't have breakfast included, but this was no problem, as there was plenty of cheap places to eat very

  Loft is a very clean and relatively new hotel. The staff speaks very good English, what makes it easy to ask things. They are really helpful as well. The rooms are proper, good beds, shower is fine but not much pressure. AC is good en sound less. We stayed here twice. Once is a deluxe room and standard room. You can choose; coffee, thee and a muffin. If - The best thing about this hotel is its staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for a solo traveler. Wi-Fi connection is reliable. Air conditioner works efficiently without any noise. Although there are many cafés and restaurants nearby, the coffee shop is still convenient.

  We liked this hotel so much we stayed twice within our 3 week stay in Kuta. On arrival and departing Bali after visiting Gili Islands and Lombok.
