The service provides from the check-in, to room service, to the additional care provided at the in-house Checkers restaurant and politeness of the staff really made our stay very comforting and relaxing. The shuttle drop and pick from the temple was an added plus. Would really recommend for pleasant stay. The atmosphere is good and it's peaceful.FOOD is excellent and good service given UPTO temple. On the whole it's a v nice hotel. Every year I visit to this hotel. Make sure that it maintains the same level. GOOD LUCK.
alla recensioner » Rooms are big and spacious,good location.Hotel has a huge pool and spa. It also provided activities for kids.Italian restaurant "Little Italy" has excellent food. Staff members were polite and helpful. Everything is great, the 24 hours shuttle service,rooms, food n they even sent complimentary breakfast to the room when we said we are too tired to come down for breakfast. The staff were friendly and warm. The experience was great. Proximity to the Shirdi SAIBABA Temple and contant shuttle service from the Hotel were big positives. Everybody was willing to help, and check in and out were quick, efficient and correct. Swimming pool, Jaccuzi and gym etc were on site, restaraunt was good. Located in Shirdi , a small city popular due to the Shirdi temple the hotel offers all the facilities that one expects on a religious tour. Excellent room with beautiful lawn and pool view. Great complimentary breakfast to start the day. Travel desk is quite pocket friendly rooms are spacious and neat spa is simply divine. Bees in the little Italy restaurant during dinner though staff was well eqipped to fight them out and wilingly doing that with little result. i wanted to take a print of my further booking,but the printer at d reception was not working!. Expensive. nothing to dislike. you should provide some small gifts like photo frame of BABA .so that your guests will feel very humble and like a family member of your organisation.also your no.of customer will increase surly. No railing for senior citizens while coming from pool side. Restaurant food price very expensive like we are at big commercial city. food is very expensive. The interiors and elevators need a face lift. Definitely doesn't look 5-star quality. The food is very expensive. A bottle of water costs Rs 125 while it is available outside for Rs 15 !!. There was no mat in bathroom. There was no room sleepers. keepoing the room maintenance trolly at the corridors for more time. It should be kept at side, and finish the job fast. extra person was not provided bed was made to sleep on the sofa. this hotel need to have wifi, even paid wifi usage always works in hotels. This things should be in a hotel. In today's world, its a necessity. The refreshments provided in the room was considered as complimentary. But they were charged later on. This is wrong. Either they should provide it free or should be supplied only against order. No sun beds at the pool, no floaters for kids, restaurant was offering only buffet for dinner. Communication skills of restaurant staff girls,restaurant very expensive for the quality of food output. Housekeeping dept not to the top of the hotel I was in #214 very bad experience with spider nest,corners on floor with lot of particals,curtains very dirty ,bed pillows very dirty,dust all over in room on tv,lights,under bed,.... General manager should visit this room and control every thing if he has time.........!.
