  I have been staying at this hotel whenever I came to Chennai over the last years. This is a very fine hotel with great rooms and very good service. - Nice rooftop restaurant. Not as anonymous as many business hotels. Great they have an ecological approach.

None of them lingered around us for tips and were genuinely ready to render help (carry our bags, help my elderly father who came to visit, getting us an auto at 5am etc). The staff was so cooperating, in fact we arrived at 10 am even if our check in was at 2 pm, the staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, they had made the upgrade to a suite room with a reasonable price, and made our room available soon..!
