  The manager Gabor was friendly, professional and very helpful. The location was fantastic and easy to find. The apartment was beautiful and peaceful for being in such a downtown location. Many restaurants and access to sightseeing in a really cool neigbourhood, right by the Danube. The apartment is 5 minutes on foot from the city center. It is much bigger and prettier than the pictures show it to be! I recommend it to anyone and I hope it will be free when I will plan my next trip to Budapest.

  Amazing!, My stay at N'joy was perfect! Kinga, Amanda, Bence, Gabor, you were all very friendly and helpful (for the readers, meet the staff). You made my stay at Budapest memorable! As for the hostel itself, the rooms were spacious, tidy, not crowded. You get the benefit of a huge locker under each bed. The bathrooms are clean (the heated floor t... vad folk säger » iles is a ++ in the morning) with available free towels. Free coffee awaits you in the kitchen next to the common room equipped with couches, tv and a - Definitely the best hostel I've ever stayed in on my several world trips. I only managed to stay 3 separate times during December 2012 to January 2013, but then again, I was flitting around Europe. Njoy was and will be not only my Budapest Base Camp. But my home-away-from-home in Budapest. 10 out of 10 for all facilities, 10++++ for the staff. Friendly, helpful, informative, all Fluent in English, all excellent in the Hospitality business. What more can I say? See Budapest at its best. Njoy!!!

  Very friendly and helpful staff Good location - just next to metro line, short walk distance to both Pest centre, and nightlife centre. Nice communal areas.   Azurro was the best choice we could make. Laslie is a great guy, very helpful. He knows everything about the city, he offers maps and city guides in English and German. He advises what to see and how to get there. Nevertheless, the main advantage of him is that he answers e- mails fast and there is no trouble at all with communication with him. The apartment and bathroom were of great standard and it is easy to get to every corner of the city: it is - Because our train to Budapest was delay so we arrived at hotel at around 3am. We worry about whether we can check in but thankfully the staff was waiting for us which was really touched us that I would like to thank him again here. The flat is really old about more than100year but condition and facilities are great and I have to say l love to stay this kind of old building, we have our own bathroom and there is also a kitchen we can use. Location is ok you can use tram easily and it takes 10min

  Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.... vad folk säger » Room was big and clean. Really comfortably beds and nice furniture. The restaurant had a nice breakfast buffé for 2200HUF. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..
