  * The owner is very patient, nice, friendly, who can speak very well English. You almost can get all travel informaiton from him. He went out of his way to explain the map of the city to us, pointing out what sights to see, what to avoid, what times of day to visit etc. He was a mine of information and made us feel very much at home. Having some inside information and guidance on the city really helped us to get the most from our journey. Thanks Again Szilard!

  I really recommend this hostel. The staff is very helpful, there is a free wifi working in a room, 7minutes walking to the metro Puskas Ferenc station from which you get to the centre just in a few minutes. Although we had to leave the room at 11am, we could leave our luggage and come back there even at 5pm, sit and drink a tea before our flight. ... vad folk säger » Perfect, clean and calm place for the weekend stay. - The staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was clean and spacious.There was free WiFi in the room as well as a room with computer with internet access in the basement and a parking lot behind the house.It is a bit far from the city center but it is very authentic and there is nice atmosphere.

  I really felt like we made new friends. We were greeted as if we were old friends.We had the biggest room i've ever had and a delicious breakfast every morning with very friendly conversation with our host András (who speaks english and french fluently as well). Every day András had great recommendations for places to visit in Budapest as well as where to eat and what were yummy local fav - Central location,lovely room, quiet, great breakfast. But what made this place for us was the personal touch by the proprietors , who couldn't have been more helpful. When you're on a short break it's so useful to have some informed ideas about what to see, where to eat and how to get there. Without being in the slightest bit intrusive, our hosts guided us to some superb restaurants - we'd never have found them in a million years - and were incredibly helpful at every level from navigating the
