  Location, location, location! The hotel is exactly in the right place of Oia - the most charming part of the town, a few steps away from the observatory where everybody else will run to to watch the sunset. All rooms are built like those small caves that are typical of Santorini and have plenty of space. And the swimming pool has a priceless view ... vad folk säger » of the sea and the horizon. It was the most pricey hotel of our trip, but for a couple of days it totally pays the investment. Actually, I would not h - Staff are really nice and accommodating, specially Lia. She is lovely! The location is excellent as you can watch the dramatic sunset and has a very good view of the Caldera. The design of the hotel is very Grecian so if you want to experience or feel like an ancient Greek, this is the best place! ;) It's beautiful during nighttime.   Excellent for those people who need to relax and get away from the noisy life of other parts of the island. Staff and Owners were very friendly and did everything in their power to assist us on all our needs.   It is the best hotel for our trip to Greece. The owner,Katerina&Dimitris are extremely friendly and nice.   First of all the location is perfect. Santorini is a paradise place of the planet. The Kamari beach is very nice and I can say, that if You go to Santorini - You'd better stay in beach area of the island and take tours to the architectural part of the island. We lived 8 nights on Kamari and 3 nights in Oia - if I can change past - I'll stay all ti... vad folk säger » me on Kamari. The tours to Oia, volcano, Thirassia are very popular,renting cars is extremely popular, the island is small, so no blockers for living - Location is the best, looking over to promenade and beach. Bus station is very close. Internet is working very good, air condition also very good. A lot of life all over the day/night (restaurants, shops). Very nice owner and staff, especially Emmanuella!!

  We have just returned from a truly magnificent stay at Atalos Villas. Itis wonderful and Yiannis and his wife are fabulous hosts. Theaccommodation is charming with a real Greek flavour; everything is cleanand well presented. The whole family owned this hotel was quite friendly and warm. Becides of the free pickup from/to port and airport, Mr.Argyros even drove his van to show us around the downtown of Kamari village and pointed out the location of supermarkets, post office and bus stops. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Atalos very much!

  Before we came there, we had a problem with credit card and despite this Coula, the owner of hotel didn't cancel our reservation, but took our word that we will be there on certain day and kept out room :-) She all of 3 days which we spent there.   I like both the location of the hotel and the host. They are family, always with smile, helpful, easy, flexible and care for guests. George, Barbara and their daughter are fantastic. room is great.   Its all about the view so as you arrive and go thru the picture frame entrance its a wow feeling:) reception staff fabulous , friendly, helpful Great feel as Kavalari is built into the cliff. Amazing sitting on balcony it terrace at any time watching the view or lustening to the stillness or the donkey bells or the church bells. Lots if steps ever... vad folk säger » ywhere but that us Santorini and bit if fitness does us all good:) good continental bfast on the terrace and many cafes and restaurants immediate vici - Hotel had an amazing location right on the caldera, which is a must for Santorini. Just not worth the experience without it. People pay big money to eat at restaurants to get the same view you have from your hotel. Great staff that were nice and spoke English. Excellent continental breakfast. Reasonable price. Right in the mix of things near the golden road. They had air conditioning.

  Abelonas is one of the best value for money hotels in Santorini, a place where accommodation is expensive. First of all, it is a family owned business that will treat you as one of them. They provide you wit a free transfer from ant to the port and a welcome drink. The premises are beautiful with an awesome pool and an outdoor jacuzzi.   after a 4 week trip travelling around Europe one of our stops was Santorini for 4 days. we chose Iriana apartments from the few but good trip advisor reviews. we are so glad we did. from the very first moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome and part of the family.   The start of our tour of some of the Beautiful Greek Islands, and we hit the Jackpot here, Lovely Cute Clean Hotel, the owners made us feel like part of the family from minute we checked in until we had to say goodbye (even gave us gifts) Lovely view from balcony, clean nice relaxing pool, backed onto Kamari Volcanic Sand Beach, restaurants and b... vad folk säger » ars all within walking distance. Classy and well looked after place, a must see if travelling around Greece, highly recommended. We will be back again - The landlord, Marios, was very welcoming, and answered all the questions we had regarding beaches, transport, restaurants etc. The room was just like the pictures, fantastic view over the beach, and included all the facilities that you need. They cleaned the room every day, fresh towels and clean sheets every other day. Quiet location, but still close to bars, beach and restaurants. We had a lovely vacataion, and will definitely stay here again.
