Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk.   Good place in the heart of old city, close to almost everything. Nice rooms, clean & quiet place. Perfect choice for those, who want to stay at Rethymno for a night or two - This was beautiful and the best place we have stayed yet. Location was fantastic and the staff great. The room was devine, large, well appointed and just beautiful.

  We used the hotel on our last 3 days in chania as we just wanted to relax and not worry about anything, and it proved a right choice.after touring chania by car , the hotel provided everything that was needed to just stay in and enjoy the beach. Staff were - I stayed in Santa Marina Plaza more than a week at the beginning of September 2013. I liked wonderful view from my terrace (front sea view room) and the beach. Very convinient location - not far from Chania and with many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

  The staff were fantastic, the rooms were large and we were lucky enough to have a seaview. The all inclusive rate was so good. The meals were very nice and it is a magic location.   This is the very best hotel! We toured Crete for 11 days and wished we had stayed here for more than 1 night. We plan to return and will definitely book this hotel again because it is in the best location directly across from the port, very easy access to all the attractions in the area, easy parking, best bedding with Coco Mat bedding incredibly ... vad folk säger » comfortable and now buying a bed like they have here.
