The staff were very friendly, the place was very clean and the pool and the garden were beautiful (the garden is beautifully kept and was a pleasure to sit in). I have spent 14 wonderful days in Balos Beach. Studio was the best I have ever stayed, while on holidays. Very spacious, with kitchenette fully equipped, bedroom with dinning furniture and large balcony with amazing sea and pool view. You could have sea view even from your bed! There is also a TV set (but who needs a TV on holidays?) and internet

We had a really wonderful stay at balos beach resort. We had a fantastic studio apartment with sea view and right by the pool. The place is kept really well and very clean. Pool is excellent. The best part is that even when fully booked it doesn't seem crowded , its very peaceful and relaxing. Also its the closest hotel to balos beach which is outstanding!! The best beach in Crete. Staff were lovely and happy to assist. Make sure you have a car to get the most out of staying in this area.
