  I liked everything. A small well run hotel. Lovely room with comfortable bed, slept better than I do at home, the situation is so quiet. The views are stunning from room and the pool area and dining area. Nice lush gardens. The beach was very clea ,sea warm,weather perfect .   Lovely decor and rustic style. Villa with its own pool is very spacious and private. Breakfast was good quality. Good base if you are looking to travel around western Crete by car. - Everything was excellent!!! Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful and well made hotel, perfect breakfast!!!

  Everything. It was beautifully furnished - we liked how it tried to stay traditional to the Cretan style. The facilities were amazing, as was the food (tasty and an excellent choice) - and the staff were really helpful and friendly.   We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. We got a basket of fruits, a bottle of wine & water. The bed was comfortable and the bath... vad folk säger » had jacuzzi in it also. The staff payed attention to a lot of details, it felt like we got a personal treatment. The pool was great, not too cold! Th - Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views. As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival. During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available. Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation. The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

  Excellent resort. We had a very large, solid villa located away from the noisy main swimming pool. It was quiet, clean and will climatized. Very nice sunsets. You can walk from one resort to the other and back, close to a 2-km walk. Very nice lawn. Service very friendly and helpful.   Stranden - Great hotel - The room was excellent, the staff very friendly and in general a very enjoyable experience. The Beach could loose some of the chisel but the water was clean and everything else absolutely fine.

The hotel was busy but all the sunbathing areas were really spread out so you never felt like the hotel was overcrowded or you were sitting on top of anyone.
