  Quiet and clean at an afordable price - The room was clean enough, and the AC was excellent which is good since the outside temperature is always above 26º. The drinks in the mini bar were also 'just' expensive and not 'extremely expensive' as usual.

  We spent only one night in this hotel, we found the reception staff very kind and helpful expecially for the possibility to check-in by night as it happens. The room was very big and very clean, the air conditioning was work very well (I've been there on September), also free wi-fi is available. At the reception were very helpful when we had problems with the airport. A hotel employee called and struggled with our airline. Very nice that we are so helped. Thank you.

  This was our second stay in this hotel - the first one had been 15 years ago and we immediately loved both the hotel and its neighbourhood. When we decided to visit Athens again this year, there was not a doubt for a single moment that we would stay at the Exarchion Hotel again. The hotel has been renovated in the meantime, but its essence remained unchanged – the cosy, relaxed atmosphere which makes you feel very welcome - Very friendly staff. The owner of the hotel gave me a map and told which places worth visiting. Also he provided a lot of helpful information about the city. The rooms are relatively small but cozy. They were cleaned once a day. The towels were also changed on a daily basis. I was very pleased to find 2 teeth brushes and tooth paste in a bathroom. Air Condition system worked properly. Breakfast was good and substantial. Location is very convenient. It takes 20 min from the hotel to Acropolis

  The Achillion is a good mid-range hotel in a slightly seedy part of Athens. It is fortunately not far from the Omonia and Metaxourghio metros, and an easy walk to the National Archaeological Musum. The double-glazing is effective in shutting out street noise. Service was exceptional, a lightbulb being changed within minutes of my mentioning it. Br... vad folk säger » eakfast was ample and delicious. - Good price, it was only a 10minute walk to the centre of Athens, close enough to walk but fare enough away that you weren't kept awake by late night activities. It was clean and comfortable. Easy to relaxe in those conditions. The staff spoke excellent English and were very happy to help in any way possible.
