  Nice stuff, cool swimming pool, very comfortable rooms with full kitchen, 6 km from capital port. We rent a car (25 euro per day) and we visited almost entire Chios. Sightseeing high mountain part of island by car is like rollercoaster. Close to the sandy, beautiful, calm, long shallow beach - perfect for children.   Everything went absolutely well.Short distance from the airport, hotel staff expecting your arrival, welcome (and at the end of our stay also saying good-bye) from the owner and continuous kind attention from the owner and staff made you feel like home.   The location is good, the prices are good, but the beach service not effective enough , u can't find someone to order and the interesting thing is they charged us for the seats at the beach. As normally u make check out at 1, after that we go to the beach but they said we have to pay!!   Very close (30 seconds) to the Karfas beach which is huge and all sandy. There is a bus stop nearby the hotel where you can take a bus to Chios (25-30 minutes ride).   Good location, if you want to swim. Very close to karfas beach. Economic price. Rich breakfast. Clean rooms with sea view. Helpful staff, especially lady in reception - He owners are the kindest people i've ever met... I never felt home like i did in sunset hotel!
