  Great hotel in a lovely location, we loved watching the sunset each night. We were treated brilliantly with little treats making all the difference: strawberries, chocolate and champagne being left complimentarily for us and the staff were brilliant, coming all the way down the stairs just to help us with things like our sun umbrella! The staff were very friendly and generous. George, the manager , was extremely helpful and serviced us in the best way possible.   It is the best hotel for our trip to Greece. The owner,Katerina&Dimitris are extremely friendly and nice. They show us the shortcut to the hotel without climbing the steps and the detailed instruction for the island visit and take care every details. It is so sweet and surprise to have welcome drinks.   Where do I start? The most stunning location I have ever experienced. Views to die for especially t sunset. Spotless 'traditional' Santorini architecture. Huge, cool, 'cave' rooms. Gourmet selection in the restaurant, masterfully presented and served. High on the caldera, with views on either side.   The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. The view is superb and you can see both sunrise and sunset on both sides of the hotel. The service of the staffs are second to none.   Really lovely little country oasis while exploring the island. Heaven to get away from the crowds in Fira & Ia. The staff is very helpful. Maria goes above and beyond.   The hotel is very very beautiful with the best location you can have in Santorini. We rented a Junior suit, with private jaccuzzi and it was just wonderful. Amazing sunset from your terrace, very nice bedroom. The owner is a ver nice person. If you have the money, do not hesitate, go for it (or try to book it in advance, with no refund, to have a little reduction). We were just - Villais villas is perfect. Our host Loukas bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The suite was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is provided and contains fruit, fresh bread and something cooked, a great way to start your day. Imerovigli is a 20-30 minute walk away from the capital (Thira) and has a couple of fantastic taverna's.   Highly recommended, with views of the sunset/caldera to die for. An excellent mid-range option. Langas has the same private balcony views and a nice pool (albeit very small) as its luxury neighbors like Astra and Gold Suites, but at far less cost. Langas is a perfect compromise and is a tremendous value. Plus, Langas is at the top of the hill,... vad folk säger » so no need to walk down and up the stairs to get to your suite. Most importantly, the owners -- Nick and Anna -- are always there and are the warmes - Hosts Anna and Nick are awesome! Very friendly people willing to help. The apartment is immaculately clean and well appointed. It also has a sizable patio where you can dine alfresco while viewing the surrounding islands and the tranquil waters of the Aegean Sea.   We enjoyed everything about our stay at Merovigliosso. They were kind enough to pick us up from our previous accommodation in Fira and even gave us an early check in. Roula was fantastic and provided us with details about the area and recommendations for restaurants. She even gave us gifts including a complimentary bottle of wine. We only stayed here for 2 nights out of the - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided shuttle services from seaport/airport. We booked the option with breakfast. The breakfast was so good. They bring it to your room so you can enjoy it with the sea view. They gave us so much food, and we can order anything we like with no extra charge. We're always so full after the breakfast. :) (They said continental breakfast, but it's more like a hot breakfast!) Location is great, quiet and still able to see the sunset. Need to rent an ATV though

  Excellent location. Very clean, well maintained property, with a newly remodeled bathroom.The staff, George and Funis were outstanding, very attentive, available and friendly. We did not need for anything. Daily cleaning service by Margenia, a sweet, soft spoken, efficient young lady. We stayed for 5 nights and left with amazing memories. We also had a private sun terrace with a view of the sea, volcano, Skaros Ro - absolutely excellent everything starting with the most magnificent view and the best sunsets in Santorini right from your terrace. Rooms are very confortable and shower is in the large mosaic decorated cave. The bath essentials are from Service was impecable. Magda, our cleaning lady, was the best, always smiling and very friendly and efficient. Breakfast: anything you heart desires served on your terrace as late as you want. best restaurants are all within 5 min walk.
