  Stayed in the family room with four beds. Superb view! Peace and quiet. Very nice breakfast. Serviceminded staff. Nice and interesting room with four good beds. English channel on TV! We liked the swimming pool very much. Free pickup from boat. Easy to walk to Tira. - The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a great location overlooking the calder... vad folk säger » a. All the views are just stunning, and although you don't get the famous "sunset" of Oia, we loved the changing colors of the sky against the volcano (a more unique view than a sunset, in my opinion). We stayed in the Junior Suite, which is perfect for couples. The hotel has been refurbished, so everything is relatively new. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is tasty, an - Akrolithos is amazing. It has a nice swimming pool with stunning view to the caldera. Our room -and I think all rooms- had the same view. It is not luxurious, but was refurbished this year and very clean. The breakfast is served by the pool, normally until 11 o'clock, but they were happy to serve it even at 13.00, when we were waking up!
