  Great location close to Fragokastello. Very friendly staff a traditional house feel. Highly recommend for a quiet clean hotel. Working on a table on the small balconies under the grape's shade was incredible.   Very warm welcome and great hospitality. Immediatly you feel at home. The hotelowner Antonio does the utmost to please his customers. His mother can sing songs of Theodorakis while you can dance :-). You feel the athmosphere? Nice large bedroom with kitchen facilities. Perfect outdoor pool in calm surrounding. Frangkocastelli is the perfect place ... vad folk säger » for getting rid of daily stress. Lot to see and do if you like walks and have a car. Nice tavernas in the direct surrounding of the hotel. We go back - The nature around the hotel is very beautiful. Very friendly staff. They speak french. A nice pool. Near to the hotel is a taverna Vatalos. It is wonderful. The food there isn't expensive and it is very good. You can enjoy your dinner by the sea.

  The staff were very friendly and the apartment was magnificent! The room was large with plenty of room to put things down, and very nicely furnished. The kitchenette had a fridge, hotplates and a kettle, as well as washing up liquid; there was a lot of cutlery and crockery, including a bread board. The shower room was large and there was a curtain... vad folk säger » over the shower as well as towel rails. The east facing balcony looked over the sea, and the beach was just across the garden. - Incredibly peaceful, relaxing, beautiful place to stay. Owners are friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the mosquito screens installed in the windows enable you to go to sleep at night with the windows open listening to the gentle sounds of the tide and watching the stars. Great location for exploring away-from-it-all beaches, gorges, and an undeveloped, back-to-nature side of Crete. Also fabulous value for money.
