  We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great. It is totally beautiful butiquehotel, in a great location to all the bars, clubs, restaurants, busstation (so we could easily reach all locations and we don't like towalk).   The staff at the Phillipion were fantastic! Great service from everyone from the front desk,pool/bar staff to the cleaning staff. Nothing was a problem and any questions or problems were dealt with quickly. Breakfast was included and had a great selection and choice. Rooms are large and spacious, with great bathroom facilities. Body wash and shampo - Staff so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Position a great balance between expense and closeness to all Thira and Oia.Rooms excellent with warm baconies with views. Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.

  The hotel was spotless clean, most rooms including ours had an ocean view (not caldera, but other side), comfortable pool, and the room-balcony was very big, probably bigger than the room itself.   Having stayed at Hotel Thira in 2011, 2012 and 2013 we just cannot wait to be back in 2014.   Anemomilos hotel is a very convenient hotel. The room that I stayed at actually included two bedrooms, and a big living room with a kitchen. The toilet also had a jacuzzi in it. Also, because we got the basement apartment we had a big terrace where our friends could meet. But we skipped that and just met all the time by the pool! Mario in particular works hard to make sure that guests settle in well and that we have info about where and how to go places including good reasonable places for dinner.   I was lucky enough to find the very best accommodation in the very best place in all of Santorini, Amerisa Suites. !!!!!!! The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, the view, the location, the sunrise and mostly the staff was wonderful. All of them were so helpful and friendly and that was what i needed most!   Excellent value for money. Good position for a visit to Thira and close to central terminal with all the buses to the rest of the island, ferries and airport. Room is basic but clean with all the facilities agreed in place. A small swimming pool is also available and the girls of the staff are friendly and helpful. The simplicity of the accommodation does not affect the comfort and the atmosphere is warm and familiar. We definitely recommend it!
