The whole Hotel complex was based on a themed park area depicting a harbour-side setting that was to a very high standard. The bedrooms were very large. comfortable and air conditioned. The restaurants were decorated to depict the Lord Nelson ships theme. The food for breakfast had an outstanding choice, well presented in a buffet style. You also had the choice of sitting inside or outside on the patio area next to a vast automated harbour side open water fountain display.
alla recensioner » Everything, the design was well taken care of with the very tiny details. it gives an impression that you are in a ship. the breakfast was good and the children facilities was good. very close to the Colosseo hotel which has different food, theme and action that would complete your and your children requirement. there is a very nice fountain show at night in the pool. This hotel offers everything it has a indoor and outdoor pool an amazing breakfast , the staff are friendly and if you arrive at the afternoon ask for a free one hour entrance and they will give you for the park last hour its enough to take a look at the park and ride a couple of rides. Excellent structure, nice staff, very good room, good Internet connection, clean and very well kept. Stylish furniture. Superb breakfast in variety and quality. Price per person means it is very competitive for one person, not the same for 3 or 4. this is a five star hotel ,the design of the hotel is amazing rooms are of descent size the breakfast is the best i have ever eaten the staff are really friendly and everything was just perfect would never choose another . Two nights only. The hotel is good. The staff were very nice friendly and helpfull. Dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent, we loved it. We enjoyd our stay, we shoud stay at least 2 to 3 days to cover every thing there . Please add this commont to travellers to decide . There did not appear to be any non-smoking areas where you could eat your meal outside in comfort and in the fresh air. There were a lot of unruly children let free to run and jump around the restaurant areas during breakfast and the evening meal time. This could have been handled a lot better in my opinion. No refrigerator in the room. they don't offer an iron in the room, Parking space could be difficult to find. The rooms you take on booking are always with more beds as per my and my friend experience so make sure to ask exactly for how much persons is the room and it is preferred to book through Europa park site same rate and everything .there is no minibar or iron or kettle. Attention: the only restaurant is high class but as a consequence also very high price, so consider your budget. No minibar in the room, anyway there are vending machines in common areas. there was no minibar or iron or kettle in the room but other than that it was wow. There was no Qiblah indication for muslims and no coffee maker .... The Breakfast staff were always in a hurry to close the buffet and even stopped refilling the food up to 20 minutes before closing, even boiled eggs. Then quickly started clearing the food that was left 10-5 minutes before closing. Instead of a holiday resort restaurant it felt like a military school cafeteria as 10am closing time approached. Selection tv channels in English were almost non-existent. Food served in the main restaurant was not good during lunch/dinner time. We tried to book for dinner in the lighthouse restaurant, but it was fully booked for a group and no availability for us as hotel guests. There was nothing during our stay that we could criticise. The Buffet at the evening in the Hotel cost 32 Euro and this is way too much for that food, because it is only standard food. The could use another restaurant in the hotel for variety, and provide free wifi for the whole stay (It's a big advantage) , also have more Bell captains as families always travels with a lot of luggage. As expected at such hotels a little noisy with all the families. Also, no iron available in the room or by order; the only available option is to drop the clothes at the morning and get them back by night. It was frustrating that when arriving at 1.30 pm we were not allowed to use any of the facilities eg pool, spa, gym, wifi or access to our room until 3.30. price on the high side. WiFi was terrible. I got bounced off regularly, and the speed was not much better than dial up. For the penthouse suite:the paintings of red indians on the walls of the bunks are too spooky for the kids and they refused to sleep on the bunks. nothing serious. Food and restaurant service. food for muslim not available. No room service beyond 10 pm. The facilities in the room like tea/ coffee ,Iron / iron Board , Drinking Water were not available !.
