  Our room was on the 5th floor with a tiny balcony overlooking the Rhine, which was perfect for us to sit and watch the boats go by. The room was well equipped, very clean, with even a hospitality tray - rare outside the uk. There was also free WiFi which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and in a pleasant room.... vad folk säger » One would not guess that the staff were still pumping water out of the cellar after the floods. We were lucky finding a parking place right outside t - We liked everything about the Hotel, owner and his team. Even though the Rhine had flooded the front of the Hotel and gardens it did not stop the Owner and the staff from running it well even though they were keeping back the Rhine . I should also mention that the owner speaks perfect english and had an interesting conversation with him covering various subjects in depth.   This was a great hotel. The room was small but very clean and efficient. The bathroom too was small, but everything worked wonderfully and it is so well vented that there is no steam after showering. We liked this hotel a lot.   We had the most wonderful, friendly welcome from the lady proprietor which set the theme for our stay. Drinks beside the river Rhine and the most delicious an hearty meal. Breakfast likewise.
