  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   This is a fantastic hotel which is very close to the Old Town and all the shops. It is also accessible to lots of other attractions by the close tram/train links. The beds are so comfy. - The self-contained kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and dine in our room: cooktop, refrigerator, sink, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, utensils, etc. We saved money by not having to rely on restaurants for all of our meals. Even though located near to a church, (the bells!), room was very quiet at night. Great location for walking to all city sights.

  We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment.... vad folk säger » - It was a very nice room, quite spacious. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially because the location was also very good.

Well-equiped kitchen. 5 minutes walking to the train station, 8 minutes walking to the city center. - Close to the train station making it very convenient for transportation to Dusseldorf.   All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We phoned them from the train station to call a taxi for us so we could get to the hotel.They were happy to do this and we were very grateful. When leaving they called a taxi the day before which didn't arrive on time so the kind manageress drove us to the train station herself!
