  The area was quite and the view from the breakfast room in the morning out on to the Rhine was beautiful. Good breakfast also. - Its staff. Also it's fine, elegant and has an excellent location.

  The staff was really friendly and the room was good. If you are going there for a match at BayArena, then the location is good as free buses depart from just outside the hotel - Very friendly staff, comfortable room and really good breakfast. Location close to the train station is also a plus (for travel to Cologne for example).

  A great comfortable clean relaxing stay. Loads of snow, great sauna/pool and hot tubs (dont miss them) friendly staff and an excellent location.   Soft pillows, excellent wifi in room, big shower with lots of hot water, good view, right next to the messe, elevators, nearby parking cheaper than hotel parking, large and soft towels, big bed, nice and helpful staff, a few English channels on television - Hotel gave me a free room upgrade. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
