The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful.We found everything what we expected.There is no problem of parking because it has an underground garage and it is always possible to find place,even there are local guests for the restaurant in the evenings.It has a very nice and typical german restaurant.The room was comfortable and big.There was nothing negative I can say about hygiene.Everywhere was very clean.We were with our 2 children and as naturally we had more lagguages when compa.

Good breakfast! My room was at the back side of the hotel and even with the windows open it was very quiet. I'll certainly go back for my next stay in the south of Munich. Charming and beautiful hotel, with excellent food. Peaceful, quiet location, yet close to motorway if touring by car. Only 15 minutes by public transport from Munich city centre. Spacious and luxurious rooms. Very friendly staff. The staff was extremely nice, the whole place has a relaxing "aura" and is located in a nice, quiet area. The is a small gym and a spa area including 2 sauna's and a relaxation area and Munich is 20 minutes away by car. It's not really a 4 star quality but it has a nice, friendly atmosphere, good food, polite staff and nice location in the neighborhood of Munich. Fantastic facility! The room was pretty small considering the price we paid, but we were there during the Octoberfast so its understandable. None. I liked everything. nothing. The WiFi was not solid and kept dropping out. No air con. Very tight garage access driveway. Limited options for breakfast.
