  Bra läge. Nära till två tunnelbanestioner. Väldigt lätt att ta sig till hotellet med tunnelbanan från flygplatsen. Nära till centrumet(10 minuters gång till Rathaus). Rummet var stort, hade alla bekvämligheter,modern design. Otroligt bra utsikt över staden från rummet. Väldigt vänlig personal-fick alltid hjälp direkt när vi frågade dem. En av dem ... vad folk säger » såg oss på stan utanför sin arbetstid och hälsade på oss- vi blev positivt överaskade och glada för detta. Väldigt bra frukost-dessutom serveras fruko - Fin modern design, lagom stort rum, stor frukost, färska varor. Gångavstånd till Gamlastan.

  The staff were extremely helpful. We had to have some important documents sent to another city as a matter of urgency and the reception staff did this with efficiency and good humour.   This was my second stay at the Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten. I stayedthere last December, for the first time and it ruined me for any otherhotel for ever and ever! - Wonderful grand dame of Hamburg, first rate location, will return for sure. Excellent staff.

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience. I also liked the Barcelo hotel big sign that helped us find the hot... vad folk säger » el when we were lost walking in the streets. - Excellent location near to station, art gallery, and shopping areas. Short walk to Town Hall square and lake. Very helpful staff at reception. Seuss penthouse suite which was superb and excellent value. Can't really fault the hotel except the design of the ground floor areas is rather bland and uninteresting.

  Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area. It's close to shopping and sights, too, and if you're not too burdened with luggage, you can walk from the cruise center (we did, with 50-pound bags). Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice bar. Our first stay an in Ibis ... vad folk säger » and we were pleasantly surprised. We'd stay at Ibis again. - Location was a big plus, walking distance from train station and main city attractions. Staff at the breakfast buffet, bar and front desk were very nice. Breakfast buffet was fair considering the price.

  1 bedroom apartment. Large comfy bed with good pillows. Sofa, large TV with several English channels. Table with 3 chairs. Desk and chair. Kitchenette with combi microwave, fridge, dishwasher and ample crockery and cooking equipment. Balcony. Bathroom with powerful shower, plenty shelf space and washing machine and drier. Supermarkets and bakery ... vad folk säger » within a few yards. Excellent quiet location and walked to everything we wanted to visit. Friendly staff. - Adina was only a short walk from all the xmas market. Hotel was very clean and comfort. Transport links to the airport were very easy using the S1 station was only 7 minutes walk away. Bakery and supermarket just around the corner, will definently go to hotel again
