  Excelent location - about 20-30 minutes walking to Alexanderplatz. The street is not very noisy and the windows of our rooms were in the backyard. The rooms are clean, warm, there is a non-stop hot water, the bed is comfortable. There is a Wi-Fi. - The hotel is very close to the subway station. The room was quite clean and good.   If you want a clean modern room on a budget it was very good although if you are looking for a social aspect wouldn't recommend. - Good location, walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, etc also U-Bahn station Bernauerstrasse. Room was not overlooking street, so in a quiet position looking onto a small, albeit scruffy, garden/courtyard.

  Good location and a nice courtyard. I was scared at first because I had to call from out front with my cell but they answered straight away and it posed no problem. There was a nice little map showing nearby laudromats, markets, restaurants, etc. This was helpful but also necessary since their was no staff at any time to ask.

We weren't aware of the lack of an airconditioner as it wasn't necessary in the spring weather.
