Everybody was trying to do their bests to make the guest feel comfortable. THe hotel was great for providing value for money.

Bright room, nicely set up bathroom with see-thru glass at head level, nice outdoor seating restaurant, and above all it is located very close to Strassenbahn and bus stops. Very nice Spa on the 7th floor. Staff were very nice and helpful, spoke good English. All in all, I really enjoyed a relaxing and productive stay at Welcome Frankfurt.

three stops in from the airport is the Hbf, where majority of the city's hotels are. It is also the Red Light District. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. If you're in Frankfurt for more than a few nights, go further into the city or rent an apartment

Just a perfect value for money, i will recommend to all our friends. Clean room, nicely furnished with everything needed. The staff is just great, place for parking the car outside the hotel, everithing was just fine. I really enjoyied and we will definitely stay there again. -
