It is in a very good location, near a Ubahn station, easy walk from the main train station, but yet off of the main street somewhat, so decently quiet, although there is some street noise.   Some of the staff were wonderfully friendly, the breakfast had ample variety, and the location made it easy to get to all of the sights. Some reviewers have noted the less desirable neighborhood between the Hbf and hotel. There are casinos and such, but we never felt unsafe - and we only ever saw this on arrival and departure to Munich.   The hotel is very near to MarienPlatz and the food market. In front is the very nice and huge supermarket with German deliciousness. The room was a bit small, but high tech. Clean, neat, I was on the fourth floor overlooking the street. Super fast Internet. Management cleared up a dispute over a broken light switch to our satisfaction. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.
