Vi fick icke rökfrirum från början. Sen kunde vi byta, men rummet var sämre. The staff was extremely helpful, they called taxis, recommended great restaurants, provided maps and suggestions. They even changed our room was after the first night because street noises kept us awake. The breakfast was by far the best we found anywhere, so many delicious choices! The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. 5mins walk to the main train station to link to any destination in the city. Lots of restaurant and shops in the vicinity.

The rooms were small but all newly decorated, very clean and they have everything you need. The breakfast is very nice. The location is very close to the central station, it's in a street with peepshows etc. but there are more hotels in the street and you don't feel unsafe. Amazing breakfest and location.
Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing.
Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom.
Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.
