I stayed there because of the IIHF Icehockey World Championship in Germany and I have to say that I enjoyed the time absolutely.   It was really close to the Hauptbahnhof, so it helped us a lot, considering that we were carrying heavy bags. The situation of the appartement is in the center of the city, but with the view on some dirty areas of the Koeln.
