  De hittade inte mina beställning.De har inte fått från Sverige mina bokningsnummer. i bokningsbekräftelse står allt på svenska, ingenting på tyska.Hotellet var fullt men jag har beställt rummet redan i 8 oktober 2007., som hjälpte mig UTMÄRKT!! TUSEN TACK för HOTEL AMBIENTE!!! - Det centrala läget. Den lugna tysta gården. God frukost.

  Trevlig personal, centralt beläget, välstädat - We have stayed there now 3 times. The location is excellent, the room is lovely and quite and the decor is lovely and modern and bright - Staff was very friendly and accomidating. Very good buffet breakfast.

  The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. 5mins walk to the main train station to link to any destination in the city. Lots of restaurant and shops in the vicinity. Get the hotel to book a ticket for a football match through email prior to my arrival and the hotel help me out on this.   Location was great, breakfast choices were excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We also liked paying for hotel on completion of stay and not having to pay in full when reservation was made! - The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.   The staff was extremely accomodating, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and modern. Close proximity to the train station. Hotel was priced right.   The rooms were small but all newly decorated, very clean and they have everything you need. The breakfast is very nice. The location is very close to the central station, it's in a street with peepshows etc. but there are more hotels in the street and you don't feel unsafe.   Friendly staff. Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great. Only downside is shared WC but that doesn't really bother me because it's clean too. Shower was powerful an - Amazing breakfest and location. Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing. Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom. Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.
