This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe.   Arrived late because of weather, staff excellent check in quick and easy. Lena even gave us her own food as restaurant closed lovely girl. All staff nice but Lena went beyond her duties.Breakfast selection brill, even a boiled egg to order. Lovely restaurant for evening meals great food and service with a smile,again Lena(checked us in and waitres... vad folk säger » sing) was particularly nice even gave us a free glass of champagne 0n our wedding anniversary. Cosy clean rooms all over excellent.Would highly recomm - The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning. Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping. Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

  The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.. Great to sit out here and have a beer. - I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

  Very comfortable, outstanding staff. - Staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of the train station. A Tram line ran past the hotel, which was also convienent. The hotel itself was very clean and well organized.

  Neat Hotel, clean, kind reception, the receptionist carried my GF's bag. The breakfast is above average. The restaurant need to be reserved in advance (which is a good sign!). We have been happy of this hotel and will come back again in case we decide to pay another visit to Heidelberg.   We had excellent service from the friendly staff at ISG. They also had washing facilities which was very handy after a week or so on the road.   Been a long time since we stay at a Ibis Hotel. Last time was in 2007. Glad to know that they still are a familiar place. You know what you´ll get when you book a Ibis Hotel. And glad to know that they have improved. Bed and pillows were fantastic. Good shower and room decoration was better than we remember. Good price for Heidelberg - it's a budget hotel in Heidelberg which located next by Train Station. it's far away from old town, you better take city tram or bus or drive to there. have free parking but not enough parking space in front of the hotel. it's hard to find the 2nd parking area, you better ask you travel buddy to go to check-in first and get the instruction with map for getting to 2nd parking area.

  I stayed here on my wedding night with my new husband. The room was beautiful and the decoration was interesting. The staff was the most incredible part.
