  Great location for the venue. Not close to the city if you want to explore, but that wasnt the purpose of our visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room and comfortable beds. - Friendlyness of staff - especially reception

  I was very impressed by the friendly staff to mention one particular receptionist who went a mile to make is comfortable , Jessi thank you . The location is great , the staff are friendly , good value for money and very clean indeed . I stayed with my partner and a 12 week old baby and we all enjoyed out stay . - The free travelcard that they pro... vad folk säger » vided is handy. The staffs were generally cheerful and very helpful. The fact that it is close to the train station makes it particularly convenient to move around. They have also provided a big umbrella in the room for their guests' usage. How considerate!

  I know there have been a few poor reviews of this hotel but if you go ask for a street side room, the rooms are spacious, the beds ae firm but fine and the room is clean and functional. It's not luxurious and that's ok for what you pay. If we come again I would stay here again - The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to the train station. There were tram and bus stops nearby as well. Breakfast was very nice. I mentioned that it was our one year anniversary, and we had fresh fruit in our room when we arrived. I'm not sure if it's standard, but it was definitely a nice treat since we checked in at around midnight and were a bit hungry.

  All personal jag mötte var vänlig och serviceinriktad. Frukostbuffén var rikhaltig. Utanför ordinarie restaurangtider kan man ändå få vällagad mat i hotellbaren. - It was close to the Hannover Messe which is where we were working. - Efficient service from the staff
