  A very practical apartment situated in a quiet neighborhood. No traffic passing through so very quiet. Parking by the front door. All the amenities of home, even a bathtub and balcony. 20min walk to the Dom and 15 min to Severinstrasse with nice shops & restaurants. We were able to check in early as there was no guest the night before. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and a short distance from shops and U-bahn. If you're happy to walk, it's only 20 mins to the centre. Will hopefully be returning next year!

  We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The staff was very accommodating, giving us a remote room where our dogs did not disturb anyone even by chance. This is really a good choice if you need a basecamp in Köln! - The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, small and calm hotel in the near of Koeln Messe and -important- the Lanxess Arena. I stayed there because of the IIHF Icehockey World Championship in Germany and I have to say that I enjoyed the time absolutely.   First of all I think it’s really important to mention how friendly are the owners , they have offered a great warming hospitality and been so helpful all times ( if you are traveling with family this is the best place for you ), I have stayed in the ground floor flat , it’s very clean with an amazing garden and bathroom that children have enjoyed ... vad folk säger » so much . The flat is one minute walk away from the train station that takes you to the city centre. - We arrived at Cologne late in the evening following a series of problems on route. We were warmly greeted by our hosts who invited into their home for a meal. We can highly recommend the accommodation and the location. It was an easy and comfortable journey into cologne centre from the local train/tram station and there were a good selection of shops within easy walking distance.
