  The location is fantastic. The hotel combines all modern convenienceswith old world charm. We loved it! Great hotel. Lovely room. Great bed.Also, very quiet. - The staff were very friendly and had great customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great also.

  They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. All the staff spoke English and very friendly andaccommodating. 10 minute walk to the Metro.   The helpful staff and friendliness. They also spoke English very well. - The Alma Schlosshotel is an excellent hotel. It was to the standard I would expect of a 5* hotel and would stay there again.
