The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated. The owner, Maria is very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Nearby parking was really easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. A cot was provided for our 1 year old at no extra charge. Breakfast was very nice with a delicious selection of bread. A lovely place. Friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Lovely room, clean, very nice breakfast, close to public transport, tourist information bureau and walking distance to attractions and shopping centre of Tours. The hotel is a lovely old building with stairs - no elevator.

Excellent location, near to rail station and tourist office. Reasonably quiet, we stayed in a room overlooking garden at the back of hotel. Clean and very good service, with good English spoken. The proximity to the train station and the tourist office from which the tours of the Loire Valley start. Everything is within the walking distance. The staff were very welcoming, the hotel was perfectly located and the set up of the room was great. Great building and lovely furniture. Excellent staff, English speaking and very willing to help. Location is great. Room very clean and building secure. The staff here were wonderful...very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. 2 mins walk from the train station, clean room, relaxing atmosphere!. Not suitable for people who are unable to use stairs. there's no elevator il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. If you are staying more than one night, be aware that when cleaning is carried out in the morning, then all room doors are left wide open and quite often there is no one at the Reception to check who is entering the hotel - so secure your valuables. Cheaper, similar breakfasts can be found nearby. The hotel was closed during the day. As we arrived in town at 1:30 pm we had to go back to the train station and wait there for the hotel to open at 3:00 pm. This was a waist of travel time. In other hotels we would leave our luggage at the reception and come back later to check in. I thought the breakfast a bit expensive for what was provided. Breakfast a little overpriced, but not much, and it was very good. No. Nothing bad. floorboards a bit creaky :). would have liked a teamaker in room. Hotel is old. Dated furniture, floor is old wood that noisy when moving around the room. Also, the stairs is noisy when somebody is walking down and up. Rug or carpet is old. The heater is not working to the maximum high heat so our 3 nights stay the room is cold. Breakfast is poor. I think the price is too much. Hotel does not look the same in the picture on letsbookhotel.com. No lift. No guest computer for use, very small bathroom.
