As we have two very young children, we go for serviced apartments
rather than hotels wherever possible these days. We had a three bed
apartment (No 8). It was was modern, well-appointed, clean and
quiet. We had unlimited access to the heated salt water infinity
pool at La Reserve, which is truly stunning (note that they turn the

great base for exploring the Cote. The Menton-Nice bus stop is in

Lovely appartment with very well equipped kitchen. felt instantly at home. good location. even the church which was opposite didnt pose a problem with bells ringing. whilst it is quite expensive overall I think its worth the money.
The residence is opposite the hotel, so the hotel staff bring bags park car etc, all were very nice and efficient. Would recommend La residence to anyone

We loved the room and the pool and the restaurant and the location - the
staff are friendly and create a great ambience. Special mentions to the
concierges Patrick & Ferdinand, to JeanLouis the sommelier, Guillame
the maitre d' and the musicians who entertain at night. Also the
room maids who do not wake you up early to clean the rooms! -

Bedrooms a bit small but beautifully decorated if you like oldfashioned furnishings.

Excellent staff and food. Location is stunning. Spa Manager Delphine was
a perfect host as was Yvan,Pierre and Philippe. Bedrooms are among the

Stunning views from the room balcony. Liked the ambience of the hotel.
The beach at Villefranche is awful and absolutely rammed with people as
it is the only public beach for miles. Far better to use the hotels
private beach across the bay. The decor of the room was sweet but a
little dated as were the bathroom fitments. The breakfast at the hotel

is vastly overpriced at 17 euros- far better to eat breakfast at one of
the neighbouring cafes. -
The hotel is in the best location with an excellent view from your
balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff couldn't have been more
helpful and the room was very clean. Villefranche-sur-Mer is lovely and
has a train station for travelling to Nice, Monaco etc.

Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent views. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. They also offer a
laundry service at a very reasonable price, a large load for €10. Very
handy to bus stop and a number of shops including a supermarket. The
walk down to Villefranche took 15-20 minutes. Not a problem if y

to Nice, Monaco, Eze village and more. -
Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We
had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two
teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious
and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and
toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and
helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and multilingual.
The location was excellent, although having a car is definitely a benefit.
The balcony was brilliant, perfect for a few glasses of wine in the evening.
The food in the restaurant was excellent - beautifully cooked, tasty and well presented. -

Exciting opportunity to experience 19th century villa living. The
hillside setting is outstanding; complete with lovely gardens. The home
is impressive with its inlaid flooring and antique furnishings. Our room
had two floor-to-ceiling shuttered windows giving us a wonderful view of

Breakfast -
We came to Nice for honeymoon and originally I booked a hotel by the
beach, till I saw Villa Vermorel's breathtaking scenary from our
bedroom. Thegreat service of the host and her cute granddaughter made
our stay really memorable. We also had a good chat with the guests of
the other room and it felt like a family. Nice port and old town is just
25 minutes away on foot, so we were happy to be able to exercise a bit
off the great food here. All in all I would highly recommend this place
to anyone
