On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wonderful greatly designed hotel with special atmosphere. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area.

The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

Well everything was great the moment we did arrive to the hotel, reception room is specious clean large with touch of the french decor,bed quality and pillows are great, bath room and specious with excellent towels. restaurants also very good especially the breakfast was rich,even the price is high but is good.
