Excellent boutique hotel in the most central Paris area! The staff was more than helpfull and kind and they all could speak english, which is a rare thing in France. The hotel was also surprisingly very clean, another rare thing in Paris specifically. The location has also been extremely convenient, everything was on walking distance and we didn't had to get any other transport mean. We will definately choose this hotel again if returning to Paris.

The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area.

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking
distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli
) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the

Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make
the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! 1) The staff were incredible, so friendly and nothing was too much to ask
2) room was perfect, we upgraded so didn't see the standard room, but would recommend the upgrade to anyone
3) great location, was within walking distance to all tourist areas
