Location, Location, Location which is around 10-15 steps to Champs- élysées... Staff team were really excellent... They speak Arabic, English, Italian and ogher languages. The Room was clean and economical. Breakfast was ok. I recommend this hotel for smart stying. They offered my late check out untill 3:00 pm!!! Which is excellent. Free wifi... For sure I will come again and again
Small elevator but was it working fine.
Hotel Delarc is located very centrally for tourist destinations around Paris. This means most things to eat close to the hotel are a little pricey. Metro is very close so its easy to travel around the city. The room we stayed in, a standard double was basic but functional, as you would expect for a two star hotel. There are toiletries included in the room which is a nice bonus. The receptionist Rachid tried very hard to help us with any request we had even with the language barrier he was very helpful. Would stay again.
The lift and bathroom as small but worked fine.
Reception staff called Hussan was extra nice and really helped me out finding my lost luggage a big thank you to him! Hotel basic but clean great location a few steps from the Metro

The helpful staff
The breakfasts - for example, cereal provided but no suitable spoons despite asking. Cheese totally tasteless and Inedible.
The locations is excellent. The hotel is located very close to subway station which connects you everywhere in Paris. The cleanness of the hotel is good.
The room is very small. It's terrible if you consider the price you pay. The towels in the bathroom are small (very small!!). The air-conditioned is controlled only by the front desk, so you can not control it in your room.
Very good location and value of money
The location was about the only thing the property has going for it.
Price point was way too high for what was offered. Not clean, really small, and thin walls.
