Vad folk säger
Clean, friendly staff, nonstop opened, excelent value for money (note, I had last minute 60 Eur price). The Hotel is very nearby the Pasteur Station, which is one of the best lines of the Paris metro. It takes you wherever you want without so much changes. around the hotel you can find a very beautifull boulevard full of markets and stores. The staff is very helpfull. The room is clean but a little bit noisy because of the old lift and wood stairs. The shower is very small and the water dos not flow very well. But for the price, this hotel is excelent. Stay threre and you won't regret.alla recensioner »
The hotel is just 20 meters from metro entrance. Very close to Tour Montparnasse. Great location - next to the metro station.Helpful and gentle service, clean bathroom, nice location (close to Luxembourg Gardens, Montparnasse Cemetery and Montparnasse Tower), pleasent resto, a fridge full of drinks (reasonable prices). Receptionists helpful breakfast staff very friendly. A simple but affordable hotel with good access to central Paris. The professional and helpful hotel staff. The comfortness of the hotel staff. Location to Subway. Plenty of information on the local area and attractions, Shuttle service to airport arranged and booked by hotel which was great. During our stay the receptionist was very helpful, helping us to access areas that we found dificult to find by writing out metro routes we needed to follow. The location is excellent, is very close to the metro station and very facile to go anywhere in Paris. Room was very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. New flatscreen tv.Location close to metro Pasteur, within walking distance of Invalides; staff friendly and responsive; television in room was bigger than usual and positioned on the wall in a more neck-friendly position!. The hotel staff, the good location near the metrostation. Exactly what you would expect from a 2 star hotel.Very convenient for metro, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. the location was good, very near to the metro station. quiet area. friendly staff and close to metro. Good people. Staff very friendly, rooms clean, 24h reception desk, vicinity to Pasteur Intsitute. Great location, friendly staff, good value for money.room was close to subway. very good place in Paris. Location, nice staff. Location, price. This was my second stay at the Avia. My room was not as nice as the one I stayed in previously - see below - though internal noise was not as bad (fewer guests maybe?). Still, the location is good - Bus 39 (stop around corner) goes to Gare du Nord, so you don't have to worry about dragging luggage up and down Metro stairs. The hotel is very very close to a central metro stop so getting around and to and from the airport was very easy. The staff were very helpful.Hotel is very close to Metro Pasteur station, it is convenient. The room is clean, the staff, especially the lady, was helpful. Close to main street - heavy circulation - rooms are noisy. good hotel in a superb area of Paris with friendly staff. comfortable bed, good location. Clean and tidy room. I liked the location, we were right beside the metro, the pass machine was opposite the hotel, a bar next door and a shop.close to the metro station. Location. Receptionist was very helpful.Work on the shower water. Does not flow very well. Sometimes noisy, small bathroom. Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. Noise from the street... Rooms could be a bit bigger but with this price everything's OK.The room was a little too small, but take in consideration that we use the room only in the night, when we were very tired, everything was OK. The room is very small, but ok for this price. Noise can be a problem ifthere are a lot of guests. The internal/external sound proofing was quite good, however, the internal sound proofing is non-existent! I could hear the tv in the next room, people's voices, even bathroom noises, which was not pleasant. Could use an update of the interior.Very hot at night, although hotel did provide a fan. With windows open, there was a lot of traffic noise. not sound proofed could hear the people in the next house. Very poor breakfast had breakfast once couldn't do again. Breakfast isan important part of a hotel experience. Old room, no remote control for TV in our room, shower wall attachment broken. Not the cleanest room place I've been to. the one clerk was always on the phone with personal calls and she wouldn't make time to answer questions.no airco in the rooms. The bathroom was smaller (than the one in the room I stayed in last time) and access to the shower was very difficult. I had to turn on my side to get in, and I'm an average-sized person!. The rooms are small, and quite outdated could do with a refurbishment. But not bad for the money based on paris prices. The room was very small, it was hot at night as there is no A/C, too noisy from street when you open the balcony (there was no window in our room. We had some trouble sorting out the payment details: the cost of one night was reserved from my credit card and the staff did not even want to hear anything about it.noisy street, rooms were not noise isolated. I did not like the fact that I requested an extra bed that was never provided.breakfast is not good. One pays the room price upon check-in. Too much noise.
