  The location is fantastic. The hotel is charming. There was not air conditioner in our room as the whole building has be to switched to AC for the thermostats to function. - location excellent. Staff very helpfull

The hotel is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and the staff are most friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast room in the original cellar is a real treat. We prefer to stay in an apart-hotel as we like the flexible combination of part self-catering and part eating out.   I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location. Honesty Bar and 24 hour service (we did not use it but nice to know it's there). Calm atmosphere... Oasis in the middle of mad Paris ! Garden Suite... (Too ho... vad folk säger » t to use during our visit but nice to know it was there).. 4* accolade but bordering on 5* Chess in the lounge for the kids (mine are 7 and 11) ... go - The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

  Staff: The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, especially in these days when the breakfast time was managed by a young man, whose name unfortunately can not remember - the whole "organization" was unnoticeable and really friendly. The room was very clean and relatively large (for Paris), but the sofa folded for sleeping to the teenager filled the whole free space, so four - We staid for 9 nights - rather a long strech for tourists. The hotel was good, rooms clean and functional (not specious as we anticipated), the breakfast was excellent, the location - outstanding. We would like to particulalry commend the receptionist named Jehen, who gave us excellent service, was extremely helpful with recommndations pf where to go or where to eat around the hotel. The public areas on the ground floor were accessibleand tastefully decorated and provided the full range of services onemight want.   Great location, very quiet despite central location. Superior room had great space. Very clean.Cleaners respected 'do not disturb' sign - The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly and contributed greatly to our stay in Paris.
