  The main important reason to book this apartment is the place. It's in the centre of Paris. Whereas we decided to enjoy city by walking, we were glad, that appartment is near the main points of interest, for exmple, Louvre: 15 mins by walking, Notre-Dame: 20-25 mins by walking. There were bed linen and towels, equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Staff (the owner of this apart - Perfect location with very good service and tips from Patrick.   Excellent locazitaion, near to a giant metro station, and with a huge number of bus options nearby. Also close to shopping options, and with a supermarket in front of the apartment. The staff was extremely friendly, and helped us with everything related to the arrival (includin helping us to find the apartment, because we got lost when left the s... vad folk säger » tation). The apartment is fully equipped, clean and safe. - Location was great. The apartment was very clean, in a nice building and location a stones throw from the metro and rer train stations. The view on the Sacre coeur is very pleasant. It had a modern washer/dryer and dishwasher. Jack was very nice and available on site when we arrived. Appreciate international free calls

  One of the front office staff, Vanessa Lopes, provided fabulous customer service and made my stay wonderful. She helped me to change rooms to one with a more spacious floor plan.   It was a lovely little apartment. Quite small but not so small that you felt crammed. It was very affordable for a private apartment with a kitchen. The whole place is very clean which I always have as a top priority! The internet is good. Fast and reliable. The area is very funky with some cool bars and restaurants. The little street it is on is ... vad folk säger » buzzing in the evening but the amazing thing about the apartment is that if you closed the windows you couldn't hear ANYTHING. So sleeping is no troub - Paris X gave my daughter and I a feeling of being part of Paris. We were in walking distance of the main attractions, especially the lovely Marais area, and very close to efficient bus and metro routes (we recommend the great bus map, with colour coded routes and stopping points). Yet we were tucked away on an almost traffic-free street. The apartment is a real home from home, with pretty much everything you could need.   The apartment was spacious and unusual in its layout. It was decorated and furnished with real Parisien style. We felt like locals staying there. The ambient temperature was very pleasant and there was plentiful hot water for showers. The kitchen is well equiped for self catering.
