  1) Perfect location. 2) Good WiFi connection. 3) Free shared fridge in the reception. 4) Clean. 5) Small, but very nice balcony. 6) Best value for money in Monaco region. It is impossible to park you car on the street (no free places at all and you can stay 2 hours maximum). The price policy is really nontransparent, the day on the parking will cost you ~20 Euro. - Third visit to this place. For location it is unbeatable in this price range, and lets us spend our money on eating and drinking in Monaco, rather than on an over-priced room. Room had been refurbished and sound-proofed since our last stay, which was a good improvement.

  The friendliness of all staff members who wore the sunshine on their smile when it was not visible outside. A most comfortable little room with a superb view. Convenient bus lines directly from Nice airport, and also connecting for just 1 euro to Menton, Monaco and Nice city centers.
