This is a small hotel and the rooms are very small. As a family of 4,
we had to take turns walking through the room. That being said,
though, everything about our stay here was perfect. We knew the room
would be small (you expect this in Paris if you are not a millionaire)
and it's part of city's charme, but we were really surprised

Location of the hotel is convenient - within walking distance to Louvre (if walking via pedestrian street one can find the supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and other shops) and just a few minutes walk to metro station.

This is a truly lovely budget hotel. At around €100 a night for a decent-
sized room with a private bathroom and shower, this is a great deal for
the location. We walked there from Gare du Nord; it's also very
convenient to the Metro, and there's a bike-sharing (Velib')

Location is great, just 5 mins walk to the metro station (which is near
the city centre and has both 8 and 9 line passing by). There are lots of
restaurants nearby ( if you are a Chinese, you will like the Chinese
restaurant on the left side of the hotel). Staffs are friendly and
helpful and there is a small lift in the hotel.

Very friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us get a shuttle to the airport although everything was booked, and brought us an extra blanket when the room was too cold. Good value for money and great location. -

A friend of mine lived in Paris for a while, so he helped me find a good neighborhood/area of the city to find a hotel. When I found Hotel Bellan in one of the areas he suggested, it seemed like a perfect fit. The price sounded good, the photos looked nice, and the reviews were pretty good. Near to M3 ( Bourse station ), M8 & M9 ( Grand Boulevards Station ) to start your paris expedition. But hey who cares for the trains, you can walk around until you reach at eiffel tower. Isnt it amazing? The reception on duty were very accomodating esp the guy, i forget the name "sorry" who always has a smile whenever we ask a hot water everytime we arrive late in the evening.

All of the staff members were very friendly and had cheerful attitude. They helped with everything and randomly offered us hot tea or coffee at anytime of the day.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 minutes away from Cadet station and easy access to anywhere. There are lots of excellent cafes, bars and delis. The room is roomy and clean. Great view of the street, too.
