  For the price offered it's a great place to stay in Paris. Service is generally ok, although the personnel could be more friendly, but they are quite ok for Parisian staff.   All of the staff members were very friendly and had cheerful attitude. They helped with everything and randomly offered us hot tea or coffee at anytime of the day. We had a balcony in our room and were able to climb out to enjoy the view! The toilet and towels were cleaned and changed everyday. However, the facilities were nothing fancy. Also within short wa - The lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 minutes away from Cadet station and easy access to anywhere. There are lots of excellent cafes, bars and delis. The room is roomy and clean. Great view of the street, too.

  This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment. The area was dodgy a bit, but very multi-cultural and a not so commonly explored/seen area of the real Paris.   My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is clean, stylish, and modern. The living room is pretty large, with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and dining zone. Tea, coffee capsules and suga - The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home.
