  The location was brilliant, on a quiet street close to the pedestrian centre of Lille. It is a 4 guest room B&B in a 140 year old town house - but what rooms and what a house. The décor was faultless and the standard of cleanliness up with the best we have ever encountered - anywhere! The breakfasts were superb and Denis and Sylvie were pleas... vad folk säger » ant and perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble - from collection and return to the railway station in Denis's London taxi to a totally unexpected - Our stay at La Maison was all and more than we expected. Much has already been said by others- but this B and B is very special. Luxurious, spacious, spotlessly clean, and the owners and hosts look after every need. Breakfasts were generous and filling- you wont really need lunch! We were picked up from the station in Denis' London cab- and from that moment we were offered the highest standard of service and care. Thankyou Maison- we loved our stay. And by the way- the restaurant next door is

  We had a wonderful room in an absolutely beautiful hotel. The renovation of a historic site has been beautifully done and the atmosphere is magical.   We stayed at Au Coeur du Jardin on a long weekend break with my partner. The host was very welcoming and he helped us with all the questions regarding places to visit and where to eat.   This appartment was wonderful. Located in an old building, in a first floor without lift, but totally new, modern, nice and really clean. Beds comfortable. Wifi working with no troubles, TV, washing machine, drier... you feel just like being at home! And it is really close to the train station and to the city centre. In future I will always come b... vad folk säger » ack here! - Small but perfectly formed. Very well set up with all the glasses, plates, pans etc that you could possibly need during the stay. Great mood lighting in the lounge. Easy arrival and were able to leave our bags until we could check in at 3pm. 10 minutes walk from the station and 2 minutes walk to the lovely shopping streets. Very happy with our stay.
