Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

Staff was great, super value for money, right in the centre of shopping and food. Next to Metro station.
Internet was great, but I requested a room on the first floor as other revues said it was bad on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
24hr doorman, excellent, for people just too old for a hostel but don't want to blow the budget, this place was AMAZING! -

Great hotel in a lively and interesting part of Paris. Cafes, Creperies and other nightlife surround the hotel. It's a fairly short walk from Montparnasse train station and an even shorter walk to the closest Metro.

exellent location in the heart of Montparnasse, in a lively neighborhood with iconic Parisian streetscapes. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Montparnasse station, one metro line stops right at the corner and many more within a block's distance. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air. The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!

I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel).
Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying.
Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

Location is excellent: you just take a subway line 3 going to Wagram Train station and walking across a cross road - you will got the hostel. You can get Arc De Triomphe by walking along Rue Jouffroy and De Wagram avenues.

1) Location: Excellent few steps from wagram metro station which is few minutes far from Champs elysee, a nice cafe nearby the hotel and also a super market where you can but your needs.
