  The rooms are wonderful (beautiful colors, tasteful decorations, spacious) everything is clean and the staff was one of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered in a hotel (and I've been in quite a few in my life). Also the location is great.   Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Location is so good that you can go on foot where ever you want to in the centre, Champs E. is just around the corner but it is not n... vad folk säger » oisy in the room, and the metro is just around the corner. Will definitely stay there again. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

  Excellent location for a Paris trip, beautifully decorated and equipped rooms which are sound proofed to a very high standard and have excellent black out curtains, bathrooms excellent too and staff very helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent food until late at night with very helpful and friendly staff. It's a 4 star hotel... vad folk säger » and deserves that rating for sure. - The hotel was beautifully designed, the rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the dining room/breakfast spot was wonderful. The staff was courteous and helpful, the location is the best in Paris and the rates are very reasonable.

  The location of the hotel is perfect. The Suites are very comfortable and clean and it have all the facility same as what we expect. - Central location on the Champs Elysees. It was a duplex room with a small kitchen. Just wonderfull.

  small,excellent location,service, - actually this time nothing since room was not booked as requested(higher floor) out of two nights stay one complete day without hot water i am looking for compensation for the inconvinience caused since i have arrived at midnight on the first day of arrival and had to rush on the folloing day for shower before 10... vad folk säger » am as simply hot water will be cutted from 10 to 19.00 hrs??
