  The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details. Breakfast was delicious. The facilities in the room are excellent - lots of power sockets, excellent toiletries, availability of fresh fruit, wine, well stocked mini bar. The hotel is right in the centre of Bordeaux.   the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The food in the restaurant is probably the best i've tasted. it's probably a bit out of town but there is a good bus service. definately recommend this hotel. - A refreshing and enjoyable experience, with an offer to upgrade at a fair price which we took.
