  Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. They provided a map of the city and directions to local sites. Biarritz is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room was clean, staff friendly, and it was close to everything. Very quiet, great water pressure in the shower, and the whole place smells lovely (of lavender). A very nice experience.

  Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. - Fantastic location down-town Biarritz, splendid view on the ocea... vad folk säger » n.   This is a lovely hotel set about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Biarritz. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary but comfortable style and is beautifully clean and tidy throughout. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, speak good English and gave us helpful advice about Biarritz and the surround - Comfortable bed, fridge in room, the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel is located just outside of the center of the city so you can park on the street for free but still walk into town in 5-10 minutes.

  welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location and a moden clean luxuious hotel - we were able to book the hotel under a competitve offer otherwise I would have found it to be expensive - The room was really nice and big.

  Clean room, friendly staff. Not situated in the centre of town but close enough to walk although slightly hilly. Lovely quiet area and a two minute walk to the surf beach where you can swim, although there are many steps to go down and back up.
