This cottage is situated just outside the center of Lannion. Located just a few minutes walk from a sandy beach. The immediate vicinity offers numerous options regarding water sports but also hiking and cycling. Lannion possesses an old and charming town center with many restaurants and shops. De typical Breton timbered houses adorn the street view .Every Thursday there's a large regional market organized in the centre.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the dining room with a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a toilet. It is possible to use the tumble dryer and the washing machine.
On the first floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds. There is electric heating and in the garden with garden furniture you can prepare meals on the barbecue.
The airport is just 4 km away from the accommodation and you can find the centre in 6 km. There are already some nice restaurants 1 km away from the house and there is a public swimming pool in 7 km.
